Log a repair

Foscadh Housing is committed to maintaining our houses both internally and externally to the highest standards. It is important to contact us as soon as a repair issue occurs, otherwise the problem can escalate into something more serious Depending on the nature of the repair, the responsibility for carrying out the repair will rest either with you, the tenant or Foscadh, the landlord.

• In general, Foscadh Housing takes responsibility for the structure of your home, any communal areas and the fixtures and fittings provided by Foscadh.
• However, there are certain repairs we expect you, the tenant, to look after and take responsibility for – and you will need to pay the cost of the repair yourself. These can be accidental damage, negligence on your behalf or of visitors to your home.
• If you are unsure, please contact us immediately as it is important that we are made aware of any potential problems as soon as possible.
