Foscadh Housing formed as a group in 1999 and incorporated as a Company in April 2000. The earlier development were delivered using the Capital Lian & Subsidy Scheme;

In 2014 Foscadh Housing Delivered an additional four homes using the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) and Payment and Availability (P&A).
