Covid-19 – Tenant Notice from Foscadh Housing
To help stop the spread of COVID-19, Foscadh has made changes to the way it works. Some staff now work remotely and our office is closed to the public. Please bear with us and remember that we are working hard to provide you with the support you need to get through this difficult time.
Payment of rent: If your income has been affected by COVID-19, you can access the COVID-19 Emergency Payment which will also give you access to the full Job Seekers Benefit when the emergency payment has ended. During this period, Foscadh will not backdate any increases in rent. Please email us any letters you receive from the Department of Social Protection and we will work with you to manage your rent payments.
Emergency repairs: Due to increased COVID-19 restrictions, Foscadh is only able respond to emergency repairs. Please let us know if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have self-isolated when you telephone us to make an appointment.
Social distancing: As advised by the HSE, the Foscadh team practices social distancing which includes leaving a space of 2 metres between people. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we encourage you to practice social distancing when you are outside your homes and in common areas.
Foscadh Helpline: While our office is currently closed to the public, you can contact us by telephone on 041 984 4786 on weekdays and weekends should you have any concerns.
Stay safe everyone! #weareallinthistogether Foscadh Housing Staff
